Up early this mornin for tha trip ta Dinar in Brittany (for those who don’t know, we are stayin in Normandy) where we were promised ateliers (artists working an showin their own work), lotsa galleries (places showin lots of people’s art), castle towers, old battlement walks, castle towers (yes I know, but I was really lookin forward to them) an really old buildins. Woulda been fantastic if they were all open like it said!
The buildins were interestin an I did meet a knight, he didn’t say much – the strong, silent kind I guess. Not many tourists so it was nice ta walk around the town area.
We did get ta look through lotsa studio windows at some of tha art but it was a lota walkin up an down hills for a few looks an tha road was all cobbles.
One place we did stop in was a sweet smellin place called Madame Chamotte an a nice dutch lady saw straight away they weren’t French.
Malissa an She bought some nice smelly soap an a pretty coloured rough rock so they can make their feet beeautiful!
Wombats don’t care about smelly feet but hoomans do, Maybe a new smelly soap could be ‘damp dirt’ cause wombats LOVE that smell 🙂
